We've started a Christmas tradition around here, and that is starting the entire holiday season with an awesome cards to send out to friends and family! The selection is massive, and the price point is wonderful!

You can create a unique card that no one else will have, and it can serve as a wonderful collection, rather than a traditional boring ol' card that will get tossed in the trash!

Farm Rich is perfect for after school snacking! - Review & Giveaway

My daughter just started Pre-K this year, and although she is only in school for half a day, it has made my scheduling much more difficult! Finding simple quick and easy solutions have been a high priority lately! When schedules get packed, it can be easy to slip and load up on junky foods, with no nutritional value... yuck!

Farm Rich is a well known brand that offers snacks that your kids will love, that are frozen for your convenience, and still offer a better nutritional value versus most others on the market. I can definitely say you will be much more satisfied with a Farm Rich snack over chips and soda any day!

One of my most favorite features about Farm Rich is they not only offer a huge variety of snacks, from turkey meatballs to french toast sticks, but they are simple prepared, and most can be easily popped in the oven! 

The Farm Rich website is jam-packed, just like their selection! You will find information about each individual item, full with cooking directions, nutritional facts, recipes and well, pretty much everything you could imagine!  Psst... these recipes are awesome, and are great for the upcoming holiday season! Can you say simplicity!?

Farm Rich is also dedicated to making us happy to! They even have a Keep'em Happy Club, where you can stay updated on promotions, new products, recipes, connect with others and more! 

-My Thoughts-

I had the opportunity to review a product from Farm Rich, and I stuck with the traditional mozzarella sticks! I was not let down at all! These are simple to pop in the oven, great for even the pickiest of eaters, loaded up with real mozzarella, crispy, yummy and are great for any occasion- from after school snack to appetizers for a party!

Mighty Leaf Tea- Review & Giveaway

In case you are unaware, I am a freak about tea.... I don't know if it's because I am in the south, or if I was raised this way or what, but I love me some tea. I can be pretty picky, and it's tough to sell me on a new brand. Mighty Leaf tea was everything that I was looking for- wholesome, pure, organic hand-blended, whole leaf teas!   Created by a husband and wife team in 1996, and delivering the highest possible ingredients, came the name Mighty Leaf tea!

Mighty Leaf Tea has created some of the most unique and well, awesome tea bags I have ever seen before! These tea bags are jam-packed full of whole leaf teas, herbs and fruits that pack a huge punch in taste, quality and you can truly tell a difference!

I had the opportunity to review some teas from Mighty Leaf, and I was thrilled! I was sent a ton of iced teas and a bodum iced tea pitcher. I was really surprised how much was included- this was a ton of tea! Then I had the dilemma of picking which one to start with! 

I decided to go with the Mighty Leaf Ginger Peach first! Inside the box, the tea bags were packed full- and in large pieces- you can actually see the tea, fruit and more! The bags are really nice, too, they remind me of gift satchels that are silky, and were so much higher quality that I would have ever expected! These bags are also biodegradable as well! In fact, Mighty Leaf Tea won the best new green packaging award at the specialty coffee association show in 2006-2007!

The Bodum Iced Tea Pitcher that I was sent was incredible too, I've never heard of anything like this. I typically brew my tea in a pot of boiling water on the stove. However, this process was very simple, and was more like steeping inside the tea pitcher. Inside there is a perforated-like section where you drop a tea bag, you then pour in very hot water, let steep for a few minutes. Then, with the small handle, pull out the "tea section" to remove tea bag, fill with water and ice, and you are ready for some tea!

The taste of each of these teas have a unique and distinct taste! I loved them all and I can't wait to try more varieties from Mighty Leaf! 

Ginger Peach Iced Tea- a blissful and lightly sweetened black iced tea infused with sun-swelled peaches and delicate ginger.

Calypso Mango Iced Tea- a sweet and cooling black iced tea with an indulging blend of South Indian black tea leaves, luscious mango and tropical fruit.

Organic Black Iced Tea- a flavorful black iced tea made of refreshingly rich and smooth South Indian organic black tea leaves hand-picked on the dewy slopes of the Nilgiri Mountains.

Sunburst Green Iced Tea- a cool and vibrant iced green tea that delivers mountain-grown Chinese green tea leaves brightened with the crisp taste of oranges and sweet citrus. The lowest in caffeine among all four flavors.

I was blown away by the quality and taste of Mighty Leaf Teas, and will continue to use this brand!

The selection is absolutely incredible- you will find a massive selection of teas pouches, loose teas, iced teas, teaware, gifts and more!

The True Story of Puss' N Boots- DVD Review

Just released on October 4, this year, The True Story of Puss 'N Boots- the story of a young farmer's son that inherits a strange talking cat with magical boots! With his cunning wit, Puss helps him win the heart of the princess while battling devious suitors that are after his throne!

The True Story of Puss 'N Boots, by  was much different that other versions I have seen before, but equally entertaining! William Shatner plays the voice of Puss, which I personally love, and the entire story is very enticing, full of color, great pictures and compassion.

This is a great movie that I would recommend for children of all ages, as it is all about accomplishing you dreams- no matter who you are! Which is a great message for all of us! 

-My Thoughts-

My daughter loves this movie, and I love that the message is loud and clear- you can do anything you set your mind to do!

This movie is average price- the Blu-Ray/DVD combo is $24.99, and DVD $19.99
