Body After Baby- Week 2

Okay, I skipped a week, er, two. My kids had bronchitis. I have done 4 days straight on Jillian Michaels Shred, and guess what? My weight is 161. I actually gained a little less than a pound.

I have no good excuses, it just seems I have having a heck of a time losing weight while breastfeeding and keeping my sanity! ha!

Hopefully next week will be better!

What about you? have you been shedding off the weight?




weight loss so far- 1.8 pounds. ugh.

Hang in there. Sometimes it takes a while before you start losing the pounds. I swear by the Sugar Busters diet (no sugar--not even ketschup, etc.) but I've heard good things about the Jillian Michaels program. Good luck!

I have lately tried to eat less sweets and carbs. I used to drop weight easily until I had my second child. Now, it won't come off for anything! I suppose exercise would help if I could find the energy!

I am 10 days post-partum and have lost about 12 lbs without doing anything. I am looking forward to starting som walks when the weather gets nice!
