I like that they take the time to rank the DVDs that they sell on a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the best). I think that is helpful, because often the cover makes you think it is one thing, but then you watch it, and you are really disappointed. I am more likely to buy a DVD that I haven't seen before if the business has rated it a 4 or a 5.
