Spin & Go Mop- Review & Giveaway

Simply put, I hate mopping the floor. I do, however, love a clean and shiny floor. My main problem is that I have a major phobia of touching a dirty mop. Besides, my big pregnant belly is really in the way of bending down to do so...  I have used everything under the sun, and apart from buying a new mop every single time the floor needs a cleaning, I was out of luck. I was desperate. Then I found the Spin & Go Mop. I had never heard of such a thing- all I knew was that you didn't have to touch the mop and it simplified the mop routine, making it easier and quicker for everyone. 

I had the opportunity to review the new Spin & Go Mop, and I gotta share with you- because this is really more than a mop!

The Spin & Go arrived very quickly and the box was huge!

First of all, I want to tell you about this size. I was expecting some tiny little thing here. The Spin & Go is actually a very generous size- It is 17" at it widest point. It is roughly 12 1/2 " deep and the awesome handle itself adds another 8". 

The handle came in 3 pieces that twist together, and are of great size as well. My husband, who is super tall, would feel very comfortable moping as well. The top of the handle has a silicone-feeling grip, which is really nice.

The mop head is alone in the box, and you attach it with your foot! Am I in heaven or what? 

You just toss the microfiber mop head on the floor, grab the mop stick.

Step down on the disc until you hear a click, making sure all sides are secure.

Once put together, you will see how awesome this is- you can get practically any angle. The disc is very small for hard to reach areas, and the stick can be set to various angles!

When replacing the mop head, you put one foot on the microfiber strips and pull the handle away from your body. This is separate the two very easily. 

Filling up the bucket is pretty simple, but you never want to overfill. Luckily, there is this sign inside the bucket. (for those of us who always think we are right...ha!) Just fill to the line, and you are good to go! Let's not make a bigger mess... 

My favorite feature of all? The wringing part- ironically my least favorite thing to do with a regular mop! This is awesome.

Just make sure that all the pieces of the mop are inside the spinner. ( NOT like the picture below! Come on, we all know what will happen here!)

Gently tap on the pedal a few times, keeping your heel off the ground. The more you push the pedal the more moisture will escape from the mop.

Don't push down on the mop while wringing, just hold on gently.

I know you are thinking that this is one awesome mop, but it can actually do more! Because the shape is so slim, and can maneuver in small spaces, you can clean way more than the kitchen floor! (hey, that rhymes, and they should totally use that!)

I am already planning on buying one for my momma for Christmas! 

This is not only a great item, but it saves lots of time and frustration, and that means a happier me and happier household!

Powerful spinning cycle of up to 2600 RPM- wow.

Because the mop head is made of micro-fiber, areas dry quickly and are never scratched.

The Spin & Go system is $49.95 and the replacement heads are $10 each. Pretty pricey for me, but well worth it for simplicity of clean floors!

This system is eco-friendly- you are not making waste- no disposable mop heads!
