Holly, I would definately be stern with whoever you speak to. But nice, of course. They first said that I should call again before I head out, and I asked them if they would drive 40 miles out of their way for a bag? They said they would be shipping me one ASAP... I can't stand going to Victoria's secret stores... they are typically jerks. Good luck!
