Square garden

I have not posted in some time, because we had a family project for the last few days. We made a square garden! I have been harping on my husband since last spring to help me with this, so since he is off work this week, we decided no time was better than now! Here's how it turned out....

Whoo-hoo! No weeds, no bugs, no dog digging plants out of the ground, no hurt back... now that is my kind of gardening! We have planted all sorts of veggies, and the tomatoes and strawberries are separate....

This was really quite easy to make, because we did, I know anyone could. If you would like to know exactly how to make one of your own, leave a comment, or e-mail me. I will be happy to share!

Allison- It is totally awesome! My back is thanking me! I am so proud of my new garden, and all the seeds are coming up perfectly, it's like my "new babies!" haha! It took me about 2 hours to make, you can't beat that!

Your Sq. ft. garden looks wonderful. I know you will be so happy once time comes to start harvesting all those delicious veggies.

We too are working on ours. I have peas, onions zucchini and squash left to plant so that is my agenda for now.

Isn't gardening fun!

I would love to know how you made it, as well as how you plant- For example peppers are supposed to be planted 12 inches apart, do you put them in adjoining squares?

Your raised bed is awesome! Living here on the beach, this is exactly what I need. I would love if you could let me know how you made it. It would be a great project for the kids and I. Thank you!!!!
