We had a blast. Although, no not our first time. I am from Louisiana, and I have to say, alot has changed in New Orleans since the storm, and I believe for the better! It is so much cleaner now, and it seems everyone there has a greater appreciation for the city now! We always stay at Place de Armes, it is a wonderful location, and they always give us a great deal (usually $49/night, plus free parking) and you can't beat that! What did we do? We ate and drank our way all over! I have a few friends that moved there a few years back that are now bartenders, which is good to have there!
